Branton's Shower

Yesterday we had a wonderful shower for Branton. Thank you very much to all of your friends and family! I had a great time and am so excited for when we all get to meet Branton. A special thanks to Kelly, Kayla, and Krista for putting it all together!

One Month Left

Branton's heartrate was 142 bpm today and Mommy's tummy is measuring right on schedule. The c-section has been scheduled for one month from today. We sure are looking forward to meeting Branton Cade! Here is picture of how huge Mommy is getting. :)

34 Weeks down... 5 weeks 1 day to go

My doctor is planning on the c-section being on September 3, so only 36 days until we meet Branton. Mommy and Daddy are very excited. Big brother Brennan doesn't have any idea that he should be excited (or concerned). :) We do think that Brennan does know that things are changing though. He has been much more clingy recently, thinking that Mommy should hold him all the time. He also sometimes pats my belly. We tell him that baby Branton is in there, but he is very young to understand.
Just wanted to let everyone know that everything seems to be going great. This is the point in pregnancy when we started having some complications with Brennan and have not experienced any problems! I have another doctor's appointment on Monday, so I will update again after that.

32 Weeks 5 Days

Mommy had a doctor's appointment today. Branton had a heartrate of 143 bpm. With Branton measuring 3 weeks ahead in the sonogram last week, we expected Mommy's belly to measure big. However, it is measuring about a week smaller than the due date. The doctor said that everything looks good and to keep in mind that the sonogram can be off up to a pound; she said she thought he was going to be a pretty big baby though. The c-section is being scheduled for September 3, so only 45 days until we get to meet Branton!

31 Weeks 6 Days

I went to the doctor today and they did a sonogram to make sure everything was going well. Everything is looking great. However, Branton is measuring huge! From the sonogram, he is measuring 3 weeks big. It showed him at 5 pounds 7 ounces already. Makes me glad that I will be having a c-section. :) Here are some current pictures.

31 Weeks

Branton is getting so much bigger. He is now 31 weeks and is about 3.3 pounds and just over 16 inches. Everything is going great so far. Only 57 days until the c-section!

30 weeks 2 days

Branton is now 30 weeks and 2 days. According to BabyCenter, he is just about 15.7 inches and about 3 pounds. Mommy had a doctor's appointment on Thursday. Mommy's belly was measuring on schedule, and Branton's heart rate was 140 bpm.
