Baby Waves

Today we went to Baby Waves to have Branton's picture taken. He is 25 weeks 3 days and measured 26 weeks 6 days. He is about 2 pounds 4 ounces. His heart rate was 146 bpm. We had a great time seeing him. Daddy, Mommy, Brennan, Grandma, GGma, and Granny were all able to attend. Gran, Grandad, Grandpa, and anyone else that wants to will get to see the lovely pictures and video of the sonogram. Seeing a baby is such an awesome thing. We look forward to seeing him again in about 3 months!

25 Weeks

Branton Cade is now 25 weeks. According to Baby Center, he is about 13 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 pounds. If you look at Mommy right now, you would think he is even bigger than that. :)

23 Weeks 5 Days

Mommy had another doctor's appointment today. Branton is doing great. He is 23 weeks and 5 days. His heart rate was 140 bpm. The average size for a baby his age is about 12 inches and about 1 pound.

Middle Name

Branton now has a middle name! His name will be Branton Cade. It is a name that Mommy and Daddy both love. We are anxious for him to get here (but want him to stay in Mommy for about 4 more months.) We are just over half-way.

21 weeks

Just a quick note to say that Branton is 21 weeks now. Everything is going great and Mommy feels him move around all the time. Daddy has felt him move a few times. It is so exciting! According to BabyCenter.com, Branton is about 10 1/2 inches long and 3/4 of a pound.

19 week appointment

We went for Branton's 19 week appointment yesterday. His heart rate was 142 bpm which is much slower than the first time we heard it (172 bpm). According to Baby Center, he is about 8.5 ounces (the sonogram showed 9 ounces last week) and 6 inches long (head to bottom).

We're having a boy!

We found out yesterday that we will be having a baby boy! His name is Branton, and he is currently 18 weeks. Big Brother Brennan was able to go with Mommy and Daddy for the sonogram. We are all very excited!
