Branton's first time in Bible class

On Wednesday, December 9, Branton went to Bible class for the first time at Northside. He sat at the table (propped up with a pillow and blanket) to be with the other kids. Rachel was excited to get to sit by him. He will continue going to class on Wednesday nights but will not yet go to class on Sundays in Emporia.

Eating Rice Cereal

Branton ate rice cereal for the first time on Friday, December 4. He was not interested in eating at all. He just wanted to smile at Mommy and Daddy and enjoy being the center of attention. :) Since then, he has gotten much better at actually eating it.

First Thanksgiving

We celebrated Branton's first Thanksgiving in Shawnee. He had a great time and gave out lots of smiles.

Oakley Family Pictures

Here are a few of the pictures that we had taken on Saturday with the whole Oakley family. We had pictures taken at Portrait Innovations and then Aunt Krista took more pictures of us at GGma and GGpa's house. We had Douglas family pictures taken on Friday and will post those when we get them back.

Branton loves his playmat and swing. Brennan likes to help him play with them too. He pushes him in his swing and plays with him on the mat.

Sleeping Baby

Branton has been sleeping great at night. He has slept 9.5-10.5 hours for the last 8nights. Mommy is feeling great and hopes this continues!

Gran and Grandad's recent visit

Happy Halloween!

Branton celebrated his first Halloween as a bear. He went to Great Granny and Grandpa Roy's, watched Brennan trunk or treat, slept in Grandad's arms, and slept in the swing.

Fall Festival

Branton dressed up as an adorable bear for Northside's Fall Festival on Friday night. He had a great time playing with Gran and Grandad while Brennan played games.

Branton's First Trip to Texas

Last weekend Branton had his first trip to Texas with Grandma, GGma, Mommy, and Brennan for Kinley's 2nd birthday.
